Mr. Pichotta was a co-founder of CooperSurgical in 1990. He created and implemented the over riding vision for the business model that has established the company as the source of unique medical devices and products employed primarily by Obstetricians and Gynecologists and those providing healthcare to women. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of CooperSurgical since September 1992. He also served as President from September 1992 to December 2004. Prior to that he held various management positions within The Cooper Companies and led sales and marketing teams at Baxter Healthcare. |

Mr. Remmell has been President of CooperSurgical, the Company’s women’s healthcare business, since December 2004. He also has served as Chief Operating Officer since October 2000 and previously served as Vice President of Finance from 1991 to December 2004. He brings over 20 years of financial management experience of increasing responsibilities to bear in the management of the company’s business operations as well as providing guidance in the analysis of merger and acquisition candidates. |

Dr. Auerbach had been with the company since 2005. After receiving his medical degree in 1984 from Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia he did his internship and a residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT. Dr. Auerbach was appointed Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Services of Yale University School of Medicine in 1988 and remains associated with the school. His insights are invaluable to management as his assessment of trends in treatment paradigms and market dynamics are key to evaluating new business opportunities. |
